In Mass Effect 1, do you have to find all the collectables in order to get the Completionist achievement?

I was wondering, because I’m on my second playthrough and I wanted to rack up on more gamerscore. Thanks for the help.

Completionist achievement = (35 assignments and 15 missions) that u need to do
