School ended for me on June 15th and on July 5th I started seeing back to school adds. What the hell! We still have 2 months until back to school. They should not start talking about back to school until a week before it starts. Are they trying to get kids depressed?

Stores time their ads for the next big event in most people’s lives, whether it’s school, or holidays. Once the summer rush is over, the next big time for stores is the start of school. Immediately after the start of school, they begin holiday ads, some for Halloween, some for Thanksgiving, some for Christmas. Our local Hallmark store began taking orders for Christmas decorations in July.

and he has so many friends, it actually makes being around him really awsome because you can have a good laugh i love positivity!
I also smile allot too and realise it makes the people who im talking to allot more happy!

Whenever i try to talk to people they seem like they are bored whenever im talking and people say that i have no energy. Im also very shy and whenever i do work up the courage to talk to people, there’s nothing to really start a conversation about? What club do you suggest i take to become more social and overcome the fear when speaking?
sports are a good way to get to know people because they require teamwork. I played volleyball and its literally the best sport to befriend people in.
As far as clubs go, drama club would be fun and you’d be surrounded by people that could help you break out of your shell. join anything that interests you! that way, you meet people who like the same things you do
We weren’t that close but he was really nice and funny but I don’t work there anymore so I have no clue how I would start talking to him. We’re friends on facebook if that helps.

When men are interested in you, they have no problems whatsoever taking the initiative and letting you know they are interested.
You can take it for a certain fact that he is NOT interested in you or else he would have asked you out by now.
Quit chasing after men…..let the ones who are interested in you chase YOU. You will be happier in life if you only will learn this one important lesson.

Buy yourself a copy of an older book….it is called "The Rules"….read the book a couple of times. Follow all the instructions and wise up.

tell him how u feel. if he really loves u, then u coming out and telling him how it makes u feel and thast u want him to stop talkin so much he will listen. trust me my gf did the same thing cause we had a similar prob. mostly the talking part, but she came out and told me the first year we were dating and now its been 2 years and still going…so tell him how u feel
I know, this is a stupid question, but I’d like to know.
I am used to speaking to one individual, and talking that way to multiple people makes them think that I’m talking to myself or somebody else.
You need to move your eye contact (and head)to each and everyone in the group as you are speaking so they know each of them is being spoken to and given the attention deserved.
My friends tell me that whenever I communicate with stupid people, I begin to talk slowly and verify the intellectually challenged person’s knowledge of elementary facts.
It is not my intention to lower my level when talking to these people, but if I spoke to them as equals I would need to repeat myself several times and this would be insanely frustrating.
Please chime in on how you talk to stupid people and if you are a stupid person yourself please give me some ideas on how I can respectfully communicate with you.

In my science class we are doing a climate change conference. Each person gets their own country or company. I got Nigeria, My science teacher is saying that i must have talking points about Shell, but i don’t really know what i should talk about.
well, the bad news is that you did, unfortunately, draw the short straw.
it is true that shell is contributing the Nigerian economy.
but mainly to the economy of the rich.
very little gets down to ordinary folks.
ON THE OTHER HAND, you could take the stance of, "The Nigerian People’s Union."
They are not benefiting from the rich folks corruption, giving their country’s resources away.
It would be of considerable benefit to have as much Nigerian oil left in a couple decades, when the price of oil will hit $500 a barrel.
One could properly assume that eventually, we’ll figure out how to make recyclable plastic, so that turning oil into plastic is not as wasteful, and harmful to the environment, as it is today.
You could argue that climate change always hits those least able to afford it, and that would be the general population of Nigeria.
SO, now you’ve managed to turn your assignment around into wanting to address climate change.
That’s really pretty easy, on the scientific front.

I met and started to like her four years ago when i was still in middle school. We’ve hung out a few times because of our mutual friends and mutual interests (music, sports). I’ve tried to talk to her on numerous occasions both online and at school, but our conversations always end short and never get anywhere. She is quite outgoing with her friends, but whenever i try to talk she becomes very reserved, almost cold. I just don’t know how to break the ice between us and start to get on a talking basis.
