I think that it would be a wonderful idea for Mattel to have a barbie out there without hair and in pink for those little girls who are fighting cancer – then they will see that they are also as beautiful as Barbie. My niece posted this on her FB and I thought it was a beautiful idea.

Mattel did make a one-off Barbie with no hair for a little girl who had cancer, but as far as I know, they have no plans to release it commercially. It’s a good idea though, why don’t you write in to them?
