I have a bunch of old stuffed animals that i don’t play with anymore, and I want to donate them to a charity for kids. I don’t care what charity because all children need a stuffed animal, or toys. BUT I do need a charity that i can pack the stuff in a box and send it to them. is there any charity like that?

My dog REALLY enjoys trying to eat all my soft and fuzzy stuffed animals, and when they manage to survive the fur gets all hard and crusty. I tried to wash them but that only ruins them more, so how can i fix them?

My dogs get their toys filthy and I always manage to get them clean.I wash them in hot water with detergent and a splash of bleach. Sometimes it takes two washings!

Okay, today I opened the window a little bit and at like, 5:30 pm, I went into my room and it smelled like sweat and hotness. I smelled my stuffed puppy dog my dad got for Valentine’s day and it smelled AWFUl. I already washed and dried all of the stuffed animals and they smell the same. Please help me!

Put your stuffed animal in a zip lock gallon bag with a half cup of baking soda,shake well, and let it sit for 24 or more hours. Remove it from the bag and shake off the baking soda. You may have to
use the vacuum. If it still smells, place item in zip lock gallon bag with 2 dryer sheets.

You may have to do this with each stuffed animal, one at a time. Space Bags are big enough for very large stuffed animals, and they are available at Walmart and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

I moved a few months ago, and I packed any stuffed animals I had in a big garbage bag. Once I took them out, they smelled like the bag! All plasticy.. It makes me gag. How can I get the smell out?

Air them out, for one. Put them by a big sunny open window for a few days, maybe mist the whole pile with a little febreze once or twice. Stuffed animals tend to absorb the smells around them, as you found out. So try surrounding them with things that smell good. Air fresheners couldn’t hurt!

We got fleas and we think they might be in my daughter’s stuffed animals and someone said that if fleas get in stuffed animals you have to get rid of them. She has had most of the animals since she was 1-3 and does not want to get rid of them. Please give me optional solutions!

wash them in the hottest bleach water you can possibly get or put them in a garbage bag and if you have a deep freezer put them in there for 48 hours safest way without using sprays or powders

For example if we’re talking about children’s stuffed animals, then the customer is likely to be the parent, whereas the child is the consumer.

What does the customer, meaning the parent, get from your product ?

A happy child ? Who sleeps well with his/her toy ?

The feeling of giving a gift the child will treasure ?

Comfort to an ill child you have to leave overnight in hospital ?

A childs best friend ?

You get the idea.

In technical terms, the product isn’t the product, its the delivery mechanism for the product.

The product in this case could be a happy, content, child who sleeps well.

Try any of these themes for your commercial and I’d expect your class to be blown away.

Is it even possible to get stuffed animals fluffy again after they have been machine-washed?
The outside of my son’s animals look all flat and have lost their newer fluffy look.

I them put them loose in the machine with a little liquid detergent. Can’t remember the temperature.

Tell me what you did exactly and what is not fluffy his insides or his outsides?

What did you wash them with and how.. hot water, cold water, warm water? In a pillow case? in with towels? Did you put them in the dryer?

Rewash them put them individually in pillow cases. USe regular detergent and rinse 2 times..on the second rinse add double the liquid fabric softener.

Put them in the dryer for 5 to 10 minutes only in the pillow cases with tennis balls to refluff. No longer or the fine fur will melt and mat.

Brush them gently while still damp with a wire dog brush and allow to dry 100% in a sunny window, by a heat source or outside.

I want to hang some stuffed animals from the ceiling (not a net in the corner) but all over the room. I’m pretty sure you’d use yarn to tie them..but how would I go about making them stay on the ceiling? Staple them? Or is there a better method?

there are these hokes and they just screw into the wall you can use them to hang coats or something on them but when i was little my mom put them on the celling and we hung stuff off of them they work perfect im not sure where you can get them but probably home depo or walmart so just look around and im sure you will be able to find them umm and yarn would prob work but maybe something that wouldnt be as noticeable lie fishing string and then put a hook on the end\d and hang the stuffed animal off of the hook but thats just a segestion and dont do it if your daughters too young and would get hurt on the hooks and make sure she understands haha okay hope i helped

I have a few stuffed animals (6 stuffed animals and a small doll) and I don’t want to give them away. I am 17 and I want to display them in a way that doesn’t scream "I HAVE STUFFED ANIMALS" but without having to put them away. Are there any ideas on how to possibly spread them out and make them look nice without using storage that is designed for children?

keep your favorite 2 or 3 on your bed just make sure they’re not extremely kid-ish.
then just put the rest around your room, on top of a shelf, bookcase, in a chair, and what not.

I am moving and need to store sentimenal stuffed animals that belong to my children in a store moble unit and need to keep them clean from dust and insects.I need advise on how to do this.Can anyone help me please!Thanks so much everyone!

I use those storage bags that you take a vacuum and suck all the air out of them. Big bags? I think they are made by Ziploc. Great product.
