I have changed it somewhat to not look exactly like the original artwork. The artwork was going to go on the cover of an outreach flyer. Does anyone know if this is against the law or know of someone I should ask?

As long as you don’t use the original logo(s), the hasbro name, or making profit from it then you are good to go.

Mine is white but looks like the old paint is falling. Many paintings guide mention siding, but I am not dure this applies to a wooden fance.

First of all, even treated decking lumber is subject to crazing, spliting etc. as well as a loss of the treatment used initially.
You probably should begin with a decent pressure washer to remove any loose paint, allow drying, then use a quality exterior finish. Your problem is one reason I don’t advise painting decking or offer to. In essence however your situation is no different than painting a stockade fence.
I doubt you need to sand or scrape, and a high pressure wash removes a lot of sins. I use one every time I paint anything on an exterior surface.

Since Bush is being attacked for his comments in Israel about some politicians wanting to sit down and talk with hostile nations and groups.

I was wondering when sitting down and talking with a hostile nation/group worked?

I know it’s worked when we involved financial incentives (bribes), but I have no knowledge of it working when we just talked with someone and offered no financial incentives.

Can anyone answer this for me?

My two daughters would like to donate many stuffed animals to other children for use, not for resale. These are in excellent condition, barely used at all. Please advise if there is a facility that will take these to sterilize and pass on to other children.

My husband said that is cheap but I read online that its a good idea to use a box from a washer, dryer, or an appliance. Just curious if anyone has done this? Making your own stuff is so much fun and a lot cheaper. I say give it a go, your kids can even get involved and help you make it.

I made a dolls house with a couch, curtains, carpet and beds for a provision at work, the children loved it. They were 2 years old, I made it really easy to access and very colorful to attract their attention.

I had a lot of fun making it too and I had a lot of parents comment on how much they liked it.

Heck no keep the ridiculously impossible Barbie doll but add
a new friend in Hayden with a more realistic body imagine and face.
After all Barbie could stand the competition. And while they’re at it
